Content Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative graphic designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team to develop and implement comprehensive design strategies. Your role will include creating creative materials for our websites, social media, promotional banners, email campaigns, and landing pages. You will ensure consistency in visual communication across all channels and collaborate with the marketing department to develop visual concepts for advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies for various marketing materials;
• Create creative assets for company websites, social media, promotional banners, email marketing campaigns, and landing page designs;
• Ensure and maintain consistency in visual communication across all channels;
• Strategically collaborate with the marketing department to develop visual concepts for advertising campaigns;
• Develop and innovate the company’s brand identity.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of design experience, including project or team leadership experience;
• Deep understanding of composition principles, typography, and current design trends;
• Understanding of UX principles and other important principles and best practices;
• Experience working with AI-based tools;
• Fluent Russian and Good English level (sufficient for text-based discussions with English-speaking colleagues);
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry and the ability to apply this knowledge in strategic design is an advantage;
• High level of creativity, attention to detail;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to effectively present and defend ideas;
• A link to your portfolio is required;
• Expert proficiency with design tools: Adobe Suite, Figma.
