We are a dynamic iGaming company offering online entertainment and gambling experiences to international markets. As we expand into new regions, we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead the full player engagement cycle — from segmentation and personalization to campaign analysis and user retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and launch promotional communications (email, push, SMS, banners) tailored to each player segment.
  • Set up and optimize automated interaction workflows.
  • Weekly analysis of player behavior and key metrics (Retention Rate, Churn Rate, etc.).
  • Identify low-activity groups and implement reactivation programs.
  • Generate reports from the CRM system (campaign performance, segmentation, player behavior) and conduct deep analysis and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Collect and integrate user data from related products and services for a more comprehensive picture.
  • Adapt CRM campaigns to local specifics (language, culture, regulations, etc.).
  • Coordinate with local marketing and product teams.
  • Design and execute loyalty and reactivation programs.
  • Create personalized offers for inactive and high-value players.
  • Define key segments (new users, VIPs, high-churn-risk players, etc.).
  • Develop targeted offers and promotions for each group.
  • Plan welcome bonuses, free spins, free bets, and other promotions.
  • Coordinate with product and marketing teams for timely launches.
  • Continuously analyze results (ROI, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly.
  • Run A/B tests on various offers and communication channels.
  • Align product updates and new features with CRM initiatives.
  • Optimize user journey and interfaces based on CRM insights.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a CRM Manager (or similar role) in iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with key CRM tools (CRM platforms, ESPs, mailing and analytics services).
  • Strong data analysis and segmentation skills.
  • Understanding of Life Cycle Marketing (LCM) principles and models.
  • Experience with multinational or localized campaigns is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing principles.
  • Strong team collaboration and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
