We are a fast-growing international company in the iGaming industry, focused on delivering cutting-edge payment solutions across emerging markets. As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (Payments, Nepal) to drive local partnerships and integrate innovative payment methods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the payments industry and a strong understanding of the Nepali financial landscape. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of payment solutions in the region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of the payment market in Nepal, identifying key players and potential opportunities for strategic partnerships.  
  • Source and establish collaborations with local banks, payment systems, aggregators, and fintech companies.  
  • Lead negotiations, manage contract execution, and oversee the maintenance of partnership agreements.  
  • Coordinate the integration processes for new payment methods in close collaboration with technical teams.  
  • Monitor key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.  
  • Support operational activities through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Nepali and English (knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage).  
  • A minimum of one year of experience in business development and payment systems within the iGaming industry.  
  • Sound understanding of the payments landscape and local financial regulations.  
  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships.  
  • Proven experience working with international teams and managing cross-functional projects.
