Affiliate Manager Nepal

We are an online betting project looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to focus on the Asian market (Nepal).
This remote position is open to candidates with prior experience in the affiliate marketing industry.
You will be responsible for managing and expanding affiliate partnerships, driving revenue growth, and optimizing player retention across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships in assigned regions
• Build and lead a local affiliate team
• Set up and develop the affiliate marketing structure in target markets
• Oversee affiliate accounts and ensure ongoing performance optimization
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive sales and player acquisition through affiliate channels
• Plan and implement online marketing strategies to support business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in the iGaming industry as an Affiliate Manager (focus on Nepal)
• Strong skills in affiliate and account management, sales, and online marketing
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of a local language is a must, additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently within a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
