We are looking for a Junior Retention Specialist who wants to grow in CRM and retention marketing within the online casino industry. In this role, you will work on player retention and reactivation, launch communication campaigns, and learn to make data-driven decisions.


Responsibilities

Assist in launching retention campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app)
Work with player segmentation using predefined templates
Participate in creating welcome, reactivation, and win-back flows
Set up bonus offers (free spins, cashback, deposit bonuses)
Collect and analyze basic retention metrics
Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance
Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and analytics teams


Requirements

Must-have:

Confident skills in Excel / Google Sheets
High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Willingness to work with large data sets

Nice to have:

Strong plus: experience with CRM platforms / Customer.io
Any experience in iGaming / Betting / Gaming
Internship or junior-level experience in marketing or CRM
Basic understanding of retention, LTV, and churn
