PSP Onboarding Specialist

PSP Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in driving business growth through the development and management of strategic relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs). This role focuses on business development, PSP onboarding and the integration of payment services.


Core Responsibilities:

Active and successful management of the process of connecting new payment solutions proposing new customers;
Represent at industry events and trade shows in order to establish new business contacts and contacts and inform other industry experts about products;
Search and analysis of suitable payment solutions for companies and company brands;
PSP Partnership Development: Identify and establish relationships with new PSPs to enhance the company’s payment processing services.
PSP Onboarding: Work closely with new PSPs through the onboarding process.
Work alongside internal teams to ensure that the integration and onboarding process runs smoothly and aligns with company goals.
Maintain regular communication with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout the onboarding process.


Required Qualifications:

Successful experience in payment systems in high risk industry (at least one year);
Extensive knowledge and practices in payment systems;
Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills;
Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment,
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
English (Upper-Intermediate) level B2-C1
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Technical understanding about payment latforms and integration processes is a plus.
