Affiliate Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely support to affiliates: answering questions and resolving issues.
• Assist affiliate managers with technical aspects of the affiliate program system.
• Process applications for onboarding new partners.
• Forward technical requests to the relevant department (developers/support).
• Monitor partner activity and prepare reports.
• Maintain the FAQ base and documentation for common questions.
• Consult affiliates on setting up tracking links, domains, API, and integrations.
• Perform initial diagnostics of technical issues related to traffic, conversions, and reports.
• Collaborate with developers and the product team to promptly fix errors.
• Ensure proper functioning of affiliate tools (dashboards, reports, links).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in client or partner support (preferably in iGaming or related fields).
• Understanding of affiliate networks, tracking systems, and postbacks.
• Strong communication skills, clear written and verbal speech.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing principles.
• Confident PC user, experience with Jira.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, HTTP requests, Postback, API (GET/POST, authorization tokens).
• English at a level sufficient for reading documentation and basic written communication.
