Payment Support Specialist

We are looking for a Payments Support Specialist to Serve as the primary technical support between the platform providers, aggregators and payment providers, ensuring the operational success between all payment options and providers, and the quick resolution issues, problmes, production errors and payment technical incidents, enabling and disabling payment options when the operation requires it.


Responsibilities?

Act as point of contact between the platform providers, aggregators and payment providers whenever we have a processing issue
Manage payment error, missing deposits or withdrawas, connect, disconnect payment optoons/providers tickets.
Utilize statistics tools for monitoring payments.
Analyze and escalate technical bugs and issues to the responsible party or team in a structured and prioritized manner.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all the payment set up.
Follow up on issues and tickets to ensure the completation of each problem.
Connect and disconnect payment options as per PSP requests, Payments team request or whenever a payment issue is identified.
Monitor the cashier and all payments options to ensure that rules are set up correctly.


Requirements

Industry Experience: Experience in payments support, gambling, Payment provider, Fintech, or the Payments related., ideally within multinational environments. Strong familiarity with Payment Logs or
API requests, b2b support, payments processes.
Technical Skills: background in payments support, APIs and payment operations.
Languages: High fluency in English (verbal and written
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, organizational capacity, ability to simultaneously manage multiple critical tasks.
