We are seeking a Payment Support Specialist with experience in customer support and/or working with payment systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of payment processes, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving payment processes through data analysis.
  • Support customers with payment-related questions and problems, working closely with the customer service teams to ensure quick and effective resolution.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot payment systems, update payment methods, and ensure seamless operation within the platform.
  • Ensure that security measures are in place to protect sensitive payment information.
  • Manage the payment processing workflow, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support or payment-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills for payment process optimization.
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C1).
  • Understanding of payment systems and security measures.
