Requirements:
- You have at least 1 years of experience in Igaming and Betting under your belt
- Your communication skills are top notch
- You have your own base of partners with whom you are on short notice
- It will be a huge advantage if you also have experience working with In-app agencies, tipsters
- You have fluent English
- Knowledge of additional languages is your advantage
- You are proficient in Excel and know how to forecast the potential ROI of a campaign
- You have experience of working with Tier1, Tier2 and Tier3 countries
- You are a great problem solver
- You’re definitely a team player
- You are proactive and interested in career growth
Responsibilities:
- Attract and retain affiliates in accordance with established KPIs
- Be responsible for the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns, their timely optimisation and scaling
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on work done and results to senior management
- Provide timely and quality support to current webmasters and resolve any disputes when they arise
- Making suggestions to improve and develop the affiliate program and opportunities for affiliates
- Participation in profile conferences on behalf of the company.
